This window shows spectra from the different devices.

It shows MS spectra during both tune and acquisition.

Tune Spectra

• Individual spectra for each Tune mass that is used during Checktune
• One or more spectra during Checktune
• MS Spectrum during Tune acquisition

Acquisition Spectra

An MS spectrum that was acquired. This window is updated frequently as you acquire data.
