Run samples (LC/MS)

You can acquire data by either running a single sample or running a sequence of samples.

1. In either case, the first step is to tune the instrument. See Tune the SQ instrument (LC/MS).
2. The next step is to develop a method. See Method Editor for SQ (LC/MS).
3. Then, you run either a single sample or a sequence.
