Properties of UV Library Search Results snippet/Settings page

NOTE

Peaks that do not have spectra (apex or manual) with UV library search result will be filtered out automatically.

Number of library search results

Define the number of library search results to be retrieved from the library (values from 1 to 20). By default, the value is set to 3.

Report Manual spectra if available

Show also results for spectra that have been manually extracted (by default, only peak spectra; see Report manually extracted spectra not associated with any peak). Select Do not report apex spectrum to ignore the apex spectrum for peaks that have a manually extracted spectrum. For peaks without a manually extracted spectrum, the apex spectrum is still evaluated. NOTE: These settings apply to both spectra & library search options.

Spectrum Selection

Show detailed results per hit	Include details for each hit from the UV library search.
Show overlaid spectra plot	Add an overlaid spectrum to the search results that shows the searched spectrum and all matches.

Table Selection

Show library search results hit table

Include a table with the search results for each spectrum that has been searched.
