Link Custom Calculation file to the processing method

Custom calculations are required for an oligo analysis and for reporting the oligo results. Please contact your Agilent support representative for a suitable file that meets your specific requirements.

Preparations

You need the following privileges. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

• Project Management  > Edit content of project

• Processing Methods  > Edit custom calculation parameters

• Processing Methods  > Save result set method

1. In Data Analysis, load the result set with your acquired oligo data.

2. Edit the processing method linked to your results.

3. Under Tools > Custom Calculation , link or embed your custom calculations file (*.ccf).
