Point Labels:
If you select Show Point Labels, you can choose among several display options for the labels.
Label Position: Position of the point label relative to the calibration point.
Connection line: A line is shown that connects each label with the according point.
Automatic Shift: If the points are close together, the system automatically adjusts the location of the labels in order to avoid an overlay.
Bounding Box: A box is shown around each label.
x Standard Deviation (Sigma): The standard deviation of the calibration curve is annotated in the graph. It is annotated as + and - n times the standard deviation value, where n is the number you selected in the drop-down list.
Marker: You can choose among different markers for the position of the calibration points.
Quantified Compound:
Independent of the point labels, you can show the quantified compound in the graph. You can choose among different markers for the position of the quantified compound points.
Note: We recommend showing the quantified compounds only for single calibration curves, that is, if the calibration curves are repeated on compound and injection (see Create a nested composite group).
History Points:
You can additionally show the history points of the calibration curve. With this setting, also disabled calibration points are shown. You can choose among different markers for the position of these points. History points and disabled points use the same marker, but history points are always shown in red.
For the history points, you can choose among the following options for the coloring:
Default Coloring |
With the Default Coloring option, the system automatically uses different colors in different calibration curves in an overlaid diagram. |
Use Color |
Use the same color for the marker filling in all calibration curves. |
Label 1-4 |
You can define up to four names and values to be shown in each label. The Label Name is shown above the Value. Each label name and label value is shown in a separate row. For the Value, you can choose among several predefined expressions. For numerical values, you can enter the required number of decimal places in the Round field. |
Font |
Click the Font... button to configure the font and style of the label texts. |
Default Label Coloring |
If you show various calibration curves in an overlaid diagram, the system automatically uses different colors for different curves. With Default Coloring, the labels are shown in the color of the respective curve. |
Use Colors |
If you use other colors, these colors are applied to the labels for all calibration curves. The labels in all curves are shown in the same color. |
