Response Axis

Visibility

With these options, you can define whether the axis is shown at all, whether a legend is shown for the axis, and which text in which format is used for the legend.

You can either use a static text for the legend or create a dynamic expression with the help of the Expression Editor.

The content of the input field for the label may depend on the RTE version in which the template has been created: If the template has been created using a different locale, and the label includes a data field, the name of the data field is initially shown in the language of the original locale. The name of the data field will be shown in the current language as soon as you open the Expression Editor.

The font size may differ slightly from the number you choose in the Font dialog. This happens because font size points do not exactly match monitor pixels. The application automatically calculates the font size that corresponds to the actually used number of pixels.

Scaling

All spectra in same scale

All spectra are displayed with the same response scale.

Each spectrum in full scale (100%)

Each spectrum is displayed using its own maximum for the response axis scale.

All spectra in given scale

All spectra are plotted with the scale values you define in the From and To fields. You can either use a static value or create a dynamic expression with the help of the Expression Editor.

Scale Offset

Here, you can define how much empty space is shown above and below the spectra. The space above the spectra can be used for the spectra legends.

The values are always interpreted as percentage values referring to the diagram height.

Note: In case of custom scaling, the empty space is only displayed if the scale offset value is large enough to extend beyond the full size of the spectra.
