You can define which type of peaks should be shown. By selecting the check boxes, you create a filter on specific peak types. If you select nothing, all peaks (including the missing peaks) are shown.
Identified Peaks | Show all detected peaks that are assigned to an expected compound. |
Compounds used for quantitation (Main Peak) | Also include information on the main peaks of all compounds, even if the compounds are not calibrated. You can only select this check box in addition to Identified Peaks. |
Missing Peaks |
Show all peaks that are expected but not found (compound name and expected retention time). |
Unknown Peaks | Show all detected peaks that are not assigned to any compound. |
You can choose to ignore small peaks. You can enter a specific value, a percentage value, or a combination of both as a minimum for the peak area. With this setting, only peaks with an area equal to or higher than the given values are included.
