Available Fields	Tree of all available data fields that are not already used.
Table Layout	Preview on the resulting table. The preview is based on built-in data, not on the actually selected data.
	Add the data field to the table layout. The location of column and field are defined by the snippet.
	Remove the selected column from the table.

Additionally show the values for history points in the calibration table.
