Here, you can configure the general appearance of the table. In this dialog, you can change the fonts and colors for all data cells or for all header cells at the same time. If you need to change the font or color for a single column, you must configure the specific column on the Columns page.
These settings will overrule the font and color settings for specific columns (see Table Properties/Columns/Column Properties). |
Use the drop-down lists to specify the appearance of the table borders. The settings apply to both inner and outer borders. If you change the Default values, the values for all four borders are automatically set to the default value.

With font-related properties, you change the appearance of the text characters contained in the text field.
Family | Name of the font family. To change the font family, select a different name in the list box below. |
Size | Font size in points (pt). To change the size, select a different size in the drop-down list. Only the sizes shown in the drop-down list are available; you cannot enter other sizes. |
Style | Font style. Here, you choose whether the text is shown normal or in italics. |
Weight | Font weight. Here, you choose whether the text is shown normal or in bold. |
Decoration | Font decoration. Here, you choose additional text decorations. |
Font Color | Color of the text itself. |
Background Color | Color of the background of the field. |
The Preview area shows the appearance of the currently selected settings.
