Enable Additional Header Row	Select this check box to create a table with two header rows.
Enable Additional Detail Row	Select this check box to create a table with two lines for each detail row.
Minimum Row Height	Define the minimum height for header or detail rows. The value will be applied to both header rows, or to both detail rows respectively. You can enter a number between 0 and 100 points. The minimum height that you provide for detail rows is also applied to summary calculations.
