Create a matrix
With the available matrix snippets, you can create overviews for different scenarios:
With the Compound Summary RT Conc. snippet, you generate an overview of the retention times and concentrations for each detected compound. The compounds are shown as columns; the sample names, vial locations, and injection numbers are shown as rows. The snippet also contains summary calculations in the footer (average, standard deviation, and relative standard deviation).
There are two Sample Summary snippets. With these snippets, you generate an overview of the retention time and compound concentration for each sample. The sample names are shown as columns; the compound names and their respective retention times are shown as rows.
The Sample Summary Area Conc. snippet is not repeated on a specific field. Thus, it shows all samples in the same overview. If there are many samples, the matrix width may become quite large. This snippet is typically used to obtain an overview of a specific set of samples.
The Sample Summary per Type is repeated on Sample_Type. Thus, the matrix is repeated several times, and each repetition shows only samples of the same sample type.
With the Flexible Compound Concentration Summary snippet, you generate an overview of the concentration for each detected compound. The compound names are shown as columns, the sample names are shown as rows. The snippet also contains summary calculations in the footer (average, standard deviation, and relative standard deviation).
