Filter for peak area or area percent

To exclude small peaks

1. In Table Properties, select the Peak Filters page.

2. Under Area Rejection, select the check boxes to exclude peaks with area or area% less than a specific value.

3. Enter a value for area or area%. This value is used as a minimum value. Only peaks with an area or area% equal to or greater than this value are included in the report.

To exclude large peaks

1. In Table Properties, select the Filtering page.

2. Enter a filter expression to filter for peaks with an area or area% equal to or greater than a specific value. For example, you can use the following expressions:

   Expression	Operation	Value
   =Peak_Area	>	=3
   =Peak_AreaPercent	>	=3

   NOTE

   After reloading a template in the Editing Pane, RTE may automatically map the filter condition to the Area Rejection property. This happens, if you use the Greater Than (>) operators. The filter expression is then removed from the Filtering page and is visible in the Peak Filters page instead.
