Manually integrate individual cut chromatograms

To interactively change the integration of your ²D chromatogram, click the Manual Integration icon in the Chromatograms ²D toolbar.

The manual integration tools are the same as manual integration in the first dimension. See Manual integration for more details.

Changes in the second dimension are indicated in the Signal Selection tab of the Sampling Table:

• An asterisk (*) appended to the data file name indicates that the data contains manual integration corrections for one or more signals.

• An asterisk (*) appended to the signal name indicates that there are manual integration corrections related to the signal.
