Manual Integration

With manual integration switched on, OpenLab CDS allows to change the integration of individual peaks by interactively deleting the peak or editing the peak start, peak end, and peak baseline.

This type of change is called manual integration correction. The manual integration corrections can be stored in a processing method (see Apply manual integration corrections to other injections).

The following table compares manual integration with automated integration and shows how each of them affects your work.
