Use blank/cut subtraction in ²D

The 2D-LC software allows you to subtract either full ²D signals or individual ²D cut chromatograms.

For subtraction of ²D signals, the general approach and dependencies are identical to the ones described for the first dimension under Use blank subtraction.

For subtraction of individual ²D cut chromatograms (also referred to as cut subtraction), one specific ²D cut chromatogram is subtracted from all other ²D cut chromatograms. Cut subtraction is supported for non-MS signals.

NOTE

On reprocessing, manual integration corrections will be removed from signals that use cut subtraction. To preserve the manual integration corrections, save them in the method (see Apply manual integration corrections to other injections ).
