Check vacuum pressure (LC/MS)

Examine the values in the SQ tab of the Instrument Status window to find out the Rough Vac and High Vac actual values.

  1. If necessary, click Instrument Status.

  2. In the Instrument Status window, click the SQ tab.

  3. Scroll in the SQ tab until you see the values for Rough Vac and High Vac.
