Online Signals Window (LC/MS)

During a run you may want to monitor some of the parameters in the run. Some of these parameters can change during the run.

You can monitor the following SQ parameters:

  • *TIC: Scan - A TIC scan over the mass range in that segment in the method.

  • Rough Vac - the pressure in the region between the capillary and the skimmer.

  • High Vac - the pressure in the region of the quadrupole and the detector.

  • Turbo Speed

  • Pump Current

  • MS Heater - the temperature of the Quad Mass Filter. The default temperature is 100 °C. You cannot change this temperature.

  • *Gas Temperature - See Gas Temperature.

  • *Gas Flow - See Gas Flow.

  • *Nebulizer - See Nebulizer.

  • *Capillary Voltage - See Capillary Voltage.

  • *Chamber Current

  • *Capillary Current - See Capillary Current.

  • *Corona Voltage

  • *Vaporizer - See Vaporizer.

  • MBFC signals - Each Each MBFC signal is the sum of all the adduct species SIM signals for that compound. When adduct species for a compound are assigned to different fraction collector peak triggers, they are all included in one MBFC online signal. You can view trigger start/stop markers in the MBFC signal real-time plot.

*The parameter can change during the run.
