Run samples (LC/MS)

Acquire data by either running a single sample or running a sequence of samples.

1. In either case, the first step is to tune the instrument. See Tune the SQ instrument.

2. The next step is to develop a method. See Method Editor for SQ.

3. Then, you run either a single sample or a sequence.

   • Run a single sample

   • Run a sequence to optimize a parameter
