Use the Instrument Configuration > Connection panel to set your instrument connection information to view software and hardware version information, to configure barcode parameters (if installed), and to upload the current instrument configuration to the data system.
Set your instrument's network connection parameters here.
Instrument Name — Enter a unique name for the sampler to help easily identify it.
IP Address or Hostname — Enter the IP Address or hostname of your sampler.
Serial Number — If desired, enter the sampler serial number here.
Notes — If desired, enter information about the sampler.
The Version Information section displays the software driver version and the firmware revision of the sampler. This information displays after the first instrument connection is made.
Click Load Configuration to upload the current configuration from the instrument to the data system. The Serial Number and Firmware Version populate. Do this on the first connection. The sampler configuration status displays below the button.
