Plug Settings

Use the Plug Settings to avoid a reaction between sample and solvent.

Mark the Draw Plug before and after the sample check box to enable the Plug Settings parameters.

Plug Volume	Specify the volume of the plug; the specified volume (of air or solvent from a specified location) will be placed before and after the sample.
Draw Plug from	Air Places a plug of air of the specified volume before and after the sample. Location Places a plug of solvent of the specified volume from the specified vial before and after the sample. See Specifying a Location.
