Eject

Default

The default amount specified in the Set Up Vialsampler panel.

Maximum

The maximum amount defined by the injector configuration.

<value> (µL)

An amount that overrides the default amount.

The location specified in the sample information or sequence/worklist.

Location

Into a specified location.

Sample+

A user-specified increment to the previously specified location (as specified in the sample information or sequence/worklist) by N positions; sample is ejected into the new position.

NOTE: Sample+ is intended for trays that support linear addressing only. Be aware that wellplate positions will also be incremented linearly (For example, A1, A2, A3...), but reaching the end of a wellplate row will cause a sample location error. Use Location+ for wellplates.

Location+

A user-specified increment to the previously specified location (as specified in the sample information or sequence/worklist) by N rows and M columns; sample is ejected into the new position.

NOTE: Location+ is intended for trays that support row and column addressing only. Be aware that, if this function is used with trays that support linear addressing, any row increment will be ignored.

Seat

The seat capillary.

Speed

Default

The default speed, specified in the Set Up Vialsampler panel.

Maximum

The maximum eject speed

<value> (µL/min)

A value that overrides the default eject speed.

useOffset

Default

The default offset position, specified in the Set Up Vialsampler panel.

<value> (mm)

-2.5 to +35 mm below or above the normal offset position
