Change Excitation/Emission Spectra Mode

Use this function to change the acquisition mode for excitation/emission spectra.

You can choose from:

None	No spectra are taken.
Apex	A spectrum is acquired at the apex of the peak.
All in Peak	All spectra within the peak are acquired.
All	All spectra are acquired.

NOTE

This function is shown only when Multi-Excitation or Multi-Emission is selected in the Multiple Wavelengths section of the method setup. It is not available with the G1321C or G7121A FLDs.
