Prerequisites
You use suitable data (see Which data can be exported?).
In the Data Processing view, select the required single samples or result sets in the injection tree.
To export a result set, simply select any single injection within the result set. Select only one result set at a time.
In the Home ribbon tab, click Export
ADF
.
You may be asked to reprocess or save the results before exporting. Exporting data if the method, injection list, and results are inconsistent must explicitly be permitted in the project settings in the Control Panel (check box Allow printing of unsaved processing methods and results, see Add a project). |
In the Allotrope Data Format - Export dialog, enter the required parameters:
Output Path: Click
to
navigate to the data export destination.
Export Option: In the current release, only the option Basic is available.
Click Export to start the export.
The ADF files are created in the output path. The file names depend on the data:
ADF files for single samples are named SiSa_<data file name>.adf, where <data file name> is the name of the data file without extension. For example, with a single sample 002-0201.dx, the ADF file is named SiSa_002-0201.adf.
ADF files for result sets are named <result set name>.adf. For example, with a result set DemoData, the ADF file is named DemoData.adf. Only one single ADF file is generated for the entire result set. This is different from using a processing method, where one ADF file is generated for each injection in a result set.
If an ADF file with the same name already exists, no ADF file will be created (existing ADF files are not overwritten). An error message is displayed and written to the Data Analysis log file.
