Projects used for an Oligonucleotide Purity and Assay analysis must meet specific requirements. Follow the steps below to ensure that all settings are complete.
Prerequisites
To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privilege Project Management > Manage project or project group. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.
Create an OpenLab CDS project in OpenLab Control Panel.

Consider changing audit trail settings. If relevant, select to automatically enable method and sequence audit trails.
Add the following sample custom parameters. Be careful to use the spelling and capitalization exactly as given:

A chemist or technician will fill in the values for each sample when preparing the sequence in the Acquisition client.
