Roles and Privileges for Oligo Analysis Accelerator

Oligo Analysis Accelerator provides specific user roles and privileges. These roles and privileges are automatically created during installation.

The following roles and privileges are available by default with Oligo Analysis Accelerator:

Oligo Admin	Manage project or project group View project or project group Oligo edit parameters	Can modify project parameters and result set parameters in the Oligo Analysis Accelerator web interface
Oligo Supervisor	Manage project or project group View project or project group Edit content of project Add manual audit trail entry Oligo reset result set	Can reset the analysis progress on a result set
Oligo User	Manage project or project group View project or project group Edit content of project Add manual audit trail entry Do manual chromatogram extraction Do manual integration Do manual spectrum extraction Reprocess data	Can run the Oligo Analysis Accelerator analysis
