To re-evaluate a result set with updated project settings, you must reset the result set. This removes all oligo results and parameters from a result set. All result set versions created after acquisition will be discarded. The initial version, generated by acquisition, will then be the latest version again.
Prerequisites
To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privileges that are by default included in the role Oligo Supervisor (see Roles and Privileges for Oligo Analysis Accelerator). Roles and privileges are configured in the Control Panel.
In the content area, select the relevant result set.
If you use subfolders within your results folder: Ensure that your result set is located in the correct subfolder. Moving result sets to different paths after opening them in the OAA web interface is not supported.
Click Reset.
The oligo analysis can now be re-evaluated. See Run Oligo Analysis.
