Save all log files

Collect and export log files of all Sample Scheduler components, as well as those of OpenLab CDS installed on the local computer. Installation log files, which are automatically created during a new installation and upgrade, are also exported.

The log files are exported as zip file and can be saved in a folder you created.

  1. Click Save All Logs in the Maintenance ribbon tab.

  2. In the Save as dialog, navigate to your folder and enter a name for the file.

  3. A zip file is created that contains the log files of the Sample Scheduler components. Log files of OpenLab CDS are included as a separate zip folder.

    Only local log files are collected. It is therefore recommended that you install the Sample Scheduler client also on the AIC(s).

    You must collect log files manually if Scheduler services (for example, Scheduler LIMS agent, Scheduler agent, Scheduler webserver) are not running on the same computer as the Sample Scheduler client.
