Use this feature Apply Template to automatically complete your manually created analyses and, thus, make your workflow more efficient. Apply the configured values of an Auto-fill template to your analysis in the Analysis table. You only need to edit the parameters that are not specified by the template. For more information about the Auto-fill feature and its configuration, see Automatic filling of analysis parameters.
Prerequisites
The button Apply Template is only enabled if the values already entered for the analysis match the values of the Auto-fill trigger parameters in the template.
Select your analysis in the
Analysis table and click
Apply Template in the
Edit ribbon tab.
The analysis state is set to In Edition. The Auto-fill values of the template are applied to the analysis.
The parameters that have already been assigned a value in the Analysis table are not overwritten with the value of the template. For more information about parameter completion, see Automatic command completion rules.
Assign additional parameter values to the analysis if necessary. Note that all mandatory parameters must be specified to schedule the analysis.
Save your analysis.
The entries are validated and checked for missing or invalid values.
