Buffer Time | Specifies the time at which no analyses are submitted to the instrument that would interfere with the planned start time of time-scheduled analysis. For scheduled analysis in the run queue, the Sample Scheduler agent also checks its Run time to see if it can be performed within the specified buffer time. If the Run time of the analysis in the queue exceeds this buffer time, it is not executed and the time-scheduled analysis has priority. If 0 is defined, no buffer time is applied. The analysis in the instrument's queue is submitted while the planned time is still pending. The Run time of the submitted analysis is neglected and your time-scheduled analysis may starts later than recorded in the planned start time. |
