In the Injection Results window, you can include or exclude certain peaks or compounds. By default, identified peaks and not identified peaks are included, missing compounds are excluded.
Open the Injection Results window.
If the Injection Results ribbon tab is not shown, click anywhere in the Injection Results window.
In the Injection Results ribbon tab, select the check boxes for the peaks or compounds you want to include in the injection results:
Show identified peaks: Show all detected peaks that are assigned to an expected compound.
Show not identified peaks: Show all detected peaks that are not assigned to any compound.
Show missing compounds: Show all compounds for which a name and expected retention time are available in the Compound Identification table, but no peaks have been found. Missing compounds are shown in red.
