Review analysis results

The Result Review enables you to review the results of your analyses. You can check whether the results are sufficient and can be submitted to LIMS or whether they have to be processed again in the OpenLab CDS Data Analysis.

The Analysis Review Table displays your analyses and sequences in Ended state, which are acquired by the CDS. The table contains information about the analyses, such as project, instrument, user, sign-off state, etc. For information about customizing the Analysis Review Table, see Customize the Analysis Review Table.

If you select an Ended analysis in the Analysis Review Table or a sequence analysis in the sequence table, the corresponding Chromatograms and Injection Results are displayed in the same way as in OpenLab CDS.

The tools available for the Chromatograms window and Injection Results window are also available in the OpenLab CDS Data Analysis.

  • The Chromatograms window offers various options to adjust your graph * * see "adjust graphs" in the Data Analysis online help:

  • By the help of the Chromatogram properties in the Chromatograms toolbar, you can:

    • access the Chromatograms page to define scaling parameters displayed in your chromatograms * * see "chromatogram scaling" in the Data Analysis online help.

    • access the Annotations page to customize peak annotations * * see "annotations" in the Data Analysis online help.

  • The Injection Results window contains the results of the selected injection * * see "results" in the Data Analysis online help:

    • It lists the integration results calculated by peak.

    • It shows the results of your calculations created with the Custom Calculator.
