Auto-Fills

The Auto-Fills table displays the templates used to automatically complete incomplete commands. Automatic completion works for both, analyses generated by the LIMS, or analyses created manually (in the client or web interface). You can create templates for single injection source analyses and dual task analyses (injection of the sample on two instruments).

Structure of the Auto-Fills table:

• Each line of the table corresponds to the template of one type of analysis.

• For each line (template) a set of parameter values is defined (for example, Instrument, Project). All the parameters that can be defined in template are displayed in this table (except Identifier and Replicates), and are assigned a value.

• Each template contains a unique set of Auto-fill trigger values. This set of values will allow the discrimination of the template to be used at the time a command is completed. The Auto-fill trigger parameters are displayed with a blue background in the table.
