Scan barcodes from sample tray

OpenLab CDS allows you to scan barcodes from a readily prepared sample tray. The barcode values are then filled automatically into your sequence table.

Prerequisites

• A barcode reader is installed and configured.

1. Prepare a sequence table with vial positions defined in the sequence lines.

2. Click Scan barcodes.

The Expected Barcode values are automatically filled into the sequence lines with the corresponding vial positions. The expected barcode is then used for confirmation (see Confirm barcodes during a run).
