Sequence

A sequence automates the analysis of multiple samples. The samples to be analyzed are listed in the Sequence table.

There are four ways to complete a Sequence table. You may:

  • Complete the Sequence table manually.

  • Load and edit a saved sequence.

  • Import or drag a CSV, TSV, or sequence file into the Sequence table.

  • Use a sequence creation template.
