OpenLab CDS allows you to process your data already during the acquisition. You simply provide the processing method for single samples or sequences. If an error occurs in data processing, the default behavior of Acquisition is to ignore that error, and continue with the next sequence line.
Prerequisites
|
The changed behavior will be used if you process High Resolution MS data during acquisition, using a .bcpmx or .qlpmx processing method from Agilent MassHunter Bioconfirm Data Analysis or Qual Data Analysis.
With a sequence loaded in the sequence table, click Run Options.
Select Use Data processing error handling.
Select the required behavior:
Ignore error and continue: If an error occurs during Data Analysis processing, the error is ignored. The next line continues acquiring or processing.
On error, pause after current injection: If an error occurs after sample acquisition, the sequence pauses after the current line is completed. You can abort the sequence, or edit the sequence and resume the run. See Pause or resume the run queue.
