Review completed injections

Completed injections that are part of a sequence can be viewed in Data Analysis.

1. Open the Run Queue.

   

2. Select a sequence, and click View selected sequence .

   

3. Click Review Complete Injections. If the sequence was run as separate single injections, this option is not available. In this case, select the single injections in Data Analysis to review them.

   

   Data Analysis opens and displays a chromatogram for the injection(s). The following runs in the sequence will continue to acquire; however, the results will not continue to be processed. The runs will remain with an Acquiring status until you close out of Data Analysis or until Data Analysis automatically shuts down.

   

4. Acquisition methods and Sample Prep methods that have been used in the completed injections are printed automatically during the sequence run. To view them, click View PDFin Data Analysis.

   An Open File dialog opens in the result set folder. Select the relevant pdf file, and confirm.
