Run Queue

From the Run Queue, you may view and manage all submitted runs and sequences.

The Run Queue status colors are as follows:

Acquiring, scanning, or executing a task
Acquiring, scanning, or executing a task; contains at least one aborted injection or aborted task
Pending
Completed
Completed; contains at least one aborted injection or aborted task
Aborting or aborted
Aborting or aborted; contains at least one aborted injection or aborted task
In review, paused, or editing
Processing or reporting
Validating
Submitted
Suspended
Waiting

The Active tab displays all acquiring and pending items.

The History tab displays all completed and aborted items.
