Activate the audit trail of a processing method

Depending on the project settings in the Control Panel, method audit trails may be automatically enabled. This procedure explains how to activate a method audit trail that is not automatically enabled.

Preparations

• To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privilege Audit Trail > Change method audit trail settings . Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

1. In the Processing Method window, select the General > Properties node.

2. In the Info tab, select the Audit trail activated check box.

3. In the dialog, confirm that you want to activate the audit trail.

   To keep the audit trail turned off, click Cancel. Alternatively, confirm activation but close the method without saving.

4. In the Home ribbon tab, click Save Method .

   Once you saved the method, you cannot turn the method audit trail off again.
