Optimize integration of EIC or SIM peaks

To use Mass Spectrometry methods, it is essential that your MS signals are correctly integrated.

Data Analysis allows to define specific integration events for each signal type, or even for each individual EIC or SIM signal on which you defined your compounds.

Compound Categories

Under MS1 EIC Compounds or MS1 SIM Compounds, all compounds are listed that are defined in your method. For each compound, the listed signals are:

1. the EIC or SIM signal on which a target compound is defined

   or

   the base peak EIC/SIM if the compound is defined on a TIC signal, and MS base peak SIM/EIC is set as a reference signal

2. all qualifier EIC/SIM signals

If no specific integration events are defined for compounds, the global SIM or EIC settings apply.
