Integration Optimizer

The integration optimizer helps you find a suitable set of integration parameters. It allows you to tune integration parameters and preview real-time the resulting integration.

To show the Integration Optimizer, select the Integration Optimizer layout from Layouts ribbon group in the Home ribbon tab. Expand the Layouts ribbon group by clicking one of the small arrows:

Preparations

• To step through the integration optimizer wizard, you need the privilege Data Processing > Use Integration Optimizer . To update the processing method with the optimized integration events, you need the privilege Processing Method > Edit integration parameters . Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.

• The result set must be writable. Locked result sets are marked with a lock symbol .

• If the project enforces method approval, the status of the result set method that you want to update must be Generic. For details, see Method approval.
