Under Methods in the navigation pane, select the processing method you want to edit.
In the Processing Method window, select the Integration Events > Standard node.
Under Signals, select the signal for which you want to configure specific integration parameters.
Select the Use signal specific events check box.
The table with standard integration events is shown, and a check mark in front of the signal name indicates that there are signal-specific settings. You can now configure these parameters for the selected signal.

To copy all integration events from one signal to another, right-click the source signal, then select Copy all integration events to, and select the target signal.
If you want to discard the signal-specific settings, clear the check box.
The global parameters are used for the given signal.
Global or specific events can by configured on different levels. Especially with MS signals and specified compounds, this allows numerous configuration options.
In a processing method using EIC and SIM signals to define compounds, parameters are applied in the following order:
Parameters defined for a specific EIC or SIM signal associated with a specific compound or qualifier.
If no parameters are defined for (1): Parameters defined for all EIC or all SIM signals associated with a specific compound.
If no parameters are defined for (2): Parameters for all EIC or all SIM signals associated with any compound.
If no parameters are defined for (3): Parameters for all signals of a specific detector.
If no parameters are defined for (4): Parameters for all signals.
NOTE
(1) to (3) are only visible for MS signals. They are shown if an extraction retention time window is defined in the method (see Processing method: Extraction: Chromatogram (MS tab)).
