You can show a calibration curve as response per amount or as amount per response. The following procedure describes how you can switch between these modes.
Prerequisites
To be able to carry out the procedure as described, you need the privilege Processing Method > Edit calibration parameters. Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.
If the project enforces method approval, the method status must be Generic. For details, see Method approval.
Under Methods in the navigation pane, select the processing method you want to edit.
In the Processing Method window, select the Compounds > Calibration node.
Select the General tab.
From the RF definition drop-down list, select the required mode.
With Response per amount, the calibration curve will be shown with the response (area or height) on the y axis and the amount on the x axis.
With Amount per response, the calibration curve will be shown with the amount on the y axis and the response (area or height) on the x axis.
Make sure the method is linked to all injections of the required result set (see Link injections to a processing method).
If the Injection List window is hidden, click Injection List in the ribbon to show the window.
If you have loaded several result sets: Click one of the injections of the relevant result set in the injection tree.
The injections of the relevant result set are shown in the Injection List window.
In the Injection List window, find the first calibration standard in the list (Sample Type = Cal.Std.), and set the Run type value to Clear all calibration.
Reprocess the entire result set (see Reprocess data).
Before the first calibration standard is processed, all calibration points will be deleted. The calibration curve will be calculated corresponding to the selected RF definition mode.
