Automatically create EICs and SIM signals on reprocessing

Extracted Ion Chromatograms (EICs) and Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) signals are automatically created on reprocessing if one the following applies:

• You specified target masses or formulas in the sequence table or injection list. For SIM, the target molecular weights must correspond to the available selected ions.

• You specified an EIC or SIM as a compound signal in the processing method.

• You specified an EIC or SIM as a qualifier in the processing method.

• You run an MS sample purity workflow.

NOTE

In Reporting, the automatically generated EICs and SIM signals are shown as chromatograms, same as other signals.
