MS Spectrum page

Display gridlines	Clear the check box to hide the gridlines in MS spectra.
Number of panels to display	Define the number of panels that are visible at the same time in the MS Spectrum window. If there are more panels available than the given number, a scroll bar will be added.

EIC extraction page

Confirm extraction

This check box is related to Graphically extract an EIC from an MS spectrum. If the check box is selected, you will be required to confirm the extraction of a chromatogram for a single m/z value.
