Manual integration corrections

Use manual integration of OpenLab CDS revision 2.7 and earlier (for compatibility only)

Define the behavior of OpenLab CDS if there are contradictory manual integration corrections.

Signals

Manual integration corrections are always stored for a specific signal.

Start time (min)

Start time of the manual integration correction in min.

If a signal is too short and ends before reaching the start time, the manual integration correction is ignored.

The corresponding response value is stored as an offset to the signal. This value is not visible on the user interface.

End time (min)

End time of the manual integration correction in min.

The corresponding response value is stored as an offset to the signal. This value is not visible on the user interface.

Entry type

Type of manual integration correction, for example, Baseline, Delete peaks, or Move baseline point.

Drop lines

If there are one ore more drop lines for a peak, they are listed in a separate section to the right of the manual integration corrections table. Select an entry in the table to show the associated drop lines.
