To start Data Analysis, you select the relevant project in the Control Panel and start Data Analysis for this specific project (your Home project). However, Data Analysis allows you to open read-only data from other projects as well. This way you can compare results, overlay chromatograms, or create reports for different projects.
Prerequisites
You have read access to projects in general and to the single projects that you are involved in (privilege Project Management > View project or project group on the Projects root node and also on each single project). Privileges are configured in the Control Panel.
In the Data Selection view, open the submenu of the Read-only command.
Your initial project is marked with Home. The list shows all projects to which you have at least read access.
Select the relevant project.
The project tree lists the data from the selected project. The entire project is read only. All import and export functions are therefore inactive, and there is no Methods & Templates node. If you load the data, injections and methods will be read-only, and you will not be able to create new reports in this project.
