With MS sample purity you confirm that a target molecular weight is present and above a certain minimum purity limit.
If sample purity was enabled in the method and linked to results in a version of OpenLab CDS prior to 2.6, then you will need to reprocess them after you opened them in OpenLab CDS 2.6 due to changes that were made to the Sample Purity Results table. There will be a message next to each injection in the injection tree indicating that they need to be reprocessed.

Reprocessing in OpenLab CDS makes these results compatible with the Sample Purity Results table. In addition, Sample Purity Results could change if multiple MS signals were run per sample. Sample purity results will not change if only one MS signal was run per sample. Please contact your Agilent representative for more information. |
