With MS sample purity you confirm that a target molecular weight is present and above a certain minimum purity limit.
If sample purity was enabled in the method and linked to results in a version of OpenLab CDS prior to 2.6, then you will need to reprocess them after you opened them in OpenLab CDS 2.6 or later due to changes that were made to the Sample Purity Results table. A message next to each injection in the injection tree indicates that it needs to be reprocessed.
NOTE
Reprocessing in OpenLab CDS ensures that the results are compatible with the Sample Purity Results table. These results may change if multiple MS signals are processed per sample but remain unchanged with a single MS signal. Contact your Agilent representative in case of questions.
