Specify combined Scan and SIM time segments

This part of method creation is a continuation of the method started in Create a new GC/MS method.

1. Specify the scan time segments.

2. Specify SIM Time Segments and their ions.

3. When done specifying both the Scan and SIM Time Segments and ions, return to the Create a new GC/MS method to see how to complete the method and save it
