Configure profile scan and acquire profile data

1. Request tune control and select Manual Tune > Acquisition.
2. Select Profile from the Acquisition type menu.
3. Enter values for Mass 1, m/z, Mass 2, m/z, and Mass 3 m/z.
4. Enter values for Window m/z, Speed, Averages, and Threshold.
5. Click Start acquiring data to start the profile scan.
6. Click Manual Tune > Parameters to change the value of a parameter and see real time results for the 3 masses in the spectrum plot.
7. Click Stop acquiring data when you are satisfied with the results.
8. Click Save tune parameters with a new file name and name this manual tune file.
9. Optionally, open a pdf of the manual tune file parameters.
10. Release Tune Control.
