Timetable (Modular LC FLD)

Use the Timetable to program changes in the FLD parameters during the analysis by entering a time in the Time field and appropriate values in the following fields of the timetable. The values in the FLD timetable change instantaneously at the time defined in the timetable (for example a wavelength change).

The following parameters can be changed:

• Change Baseline

• Change Signal A Emission

• Change Signal A Excitation

• Change Multi-Wavelength Signal Emission

• Change Multi-Wavelength Signal Excitation

• Change Excitation/Emission Spectra Mode

• Change Excitation/Emission Spectra Parameters

• Change Peak Detector Threshold

• Change Peakwidth for Auto Spectra Acquisition

• Change PMT Gain

• Change Contacts

Some items may not be present, depending on the functions that are supported.

Add	Inserts a line above the currently selected line in the timetable.
Remove	Deletes the selected line in the timetable.
Clear All	Clears the timetable.
Cut	Deletes the currently selected line in the timetable and places it on the clipboard.
Copy	Copies the currently selected line in the timetable to the clipboard.
Paste	Pastes the line on the clipboard into the timetable according to its time.
